Tuthill Lubrication & Circulation Pumps

Lubrication Pumps

Tuthill lubrication and circulation pumps handle many viscosities and sustain a constant flow at any pressure. With only two moving parts the internal gear design allows the pump to handle more viscosities than its competitors. Simple, Compact Design offers high efficiency and longer life. Positive Reversing Action – The unique reversing feature allows the lubrication and circulation pumps the ability to reverse flow without the use of valves.

Tuthill Lubrication & Circulation Pumps

Positive-displacement pumps are used in process plants on a variety of process applications. They will handle high viscosity, hot or abrasive fluids, or a combination of all these. These products are manufactured in iron and stainless steel. Available with packing, mechanical seals or magnetically-coupled.

Global-Gear

GlobalGear Process Pumps

GlobalGear internal gear pumps have tougher, more reliable parts that are easy to service and maintain. The modular design reduces switching costs saving time and money.

Applications: chemical processing, bulk transfer, asphalt, chocolate, adhesives, polymers

Heavy-Duty-(HD)-Process-Pumps

Heavy Duty Process Pumps (HD Series)

Circumferential piston pumps for the most demanding applications. Capable of running dry indefinitely this pump is a severe-duty problem solver.

Applications: Pulp & paper, chemical processing, meat processing, chocolate, adhesives, polymers, asphalt, sludge and slurries.

Magnetically Coupled Process Pumps (MD Series)

Magnetically coupled internal gear pumps designed to provide zero leakage.

Applications: Chemical processing, ink, paint, pigment
